We  label the past, present and future purely to make sense of time and where we fit into it.

We try to decide when is the “right time” to do things; when we need to make choices; when we will take steps to change.

Sometimes we think we can control what will happen. We think if we “time it right” we can change the outcome. We make and time our choices accordingly.

Whatever and whenever we choose, something will be different. The goal is to be open to whatever that something is.

In the moment, our only job is to accept what is or isn’t.

PS: I chose this photo taken in front of an art installation in Downtown NYC because it reminds me of the fact that today a total solar eclipse will grace parts of the world today. How cool is that?!
