Awe can be found everywhere. Awe is that feeling of reverential respect that might carry a tinge of wonder or even fear. The more you find yourself awestruck, admiring magnificence in a bit of everything, the more you are becoming aware of the potential of the world…and your own possibilities within it.

Obvious sources of awe are majestic mountains and, for the citified, skyscrapers. Contemplating the “how” of their existence is awe-inspiring. The sunrise and sunset can inspire our awe if we stop and notice — as will all of the cosmos.

Moments of awe can be found standing on the boulders that form the foundation of the great City of New York— and the realization that those boulders keep NYC above the Atlantic Ocean.  Our awe when we find a plant pushing its way through the asphalt. The goal that seemed to bend in a way that seemed to defied the laws of geometry. The note or compilation thereof that make us wonder how the instruments joined in such unity. The gears that mesh so perfectly to make any machine function upon demand. The fact that in the US alone, 472.1 million letters get delivered each day. Just imagine the worldwide numbers! The note or compilation thereof that make us wonder how the instruments joined in such unity. Awesomeness is everywhere. It is within you, too. The remarkable, awesome nature of your existence. The fact that our bodies strive towards health if we give them the necessary ingredients like clean foods, movement and adequate rest. Our thought processes and abilities to feel emotions are awesome, too.

By training our minds to notice and revere the awesomeness within ourselves and our world — we are training ourselves to become one with new possibilities.

Now go take your awesome self and start noticing as many things as you can in the awesome world around you!
