Have you ever awoken in the middle of the night, finally remembering something that was irking you all day because you couldn’t remember it? Of course you have. This happens to all of us. The reason we remember things in the middle of the night is because we’re finally relaxing. ✨

When we’re facing a problem and can’t seem to get it out of our minds, this is the best reason to stop, breathe and  relax. Our answers come by letting go of our urge to obsess about a problem. This isn’t saying the problem isn’t important or in need of a resolution. It is saying relentless focus is rarely helpful.  ✨

By relaxing, we allow our subconscious mind to help us out. Trust that your mind is working on answers.  Keep breathing into them, doing what you can do, and trusting that if you’re alive, a world of possibility still exists for you even when the vision seems out of focus. ✨

Give yourself permission to please relax now — no matter what needs to be done — and let me know how you feel. ✨

A moment of relaxation can put a whole new perspective on recognizing that there is beauty even within what we need to weed through.
