Stress levels change exponentially throughout our lives depending upon circumstances at any given moment. For example, yesterday, I was at a corner, waiting to cross a street. During these moments I tune in to those around me as their conversations often prompt blog ideas. This moment did not disappoint!  There was a harried Mom with an infant in a stroller and a  toddler. I recognized her look having been there, done that. The toddler says: “I have to poop now.”  Like any Mom, she starts to negotiate, saying we’re almost there, you can hold it, you have to wait. He on the other hand, like any toddler who has all the time in the world, says repeatedly, that he has to poop now. Not in five minutes. Now because can’t hold it. ✨

Now, there was a time in my life this situation would have been incredibly stressful. Yet, last night I found myself laughing for the rest of my walk. ✨

Try to keep that bit of perspective in mind the next time the poop hits the fan in your life!✨
