Light enables us to see what is around us. Light and waves have captivated philosophical and scientific minds since ancient times. It was Einstein who changed understanding of light when he proposed that light is made out of particles called photons traveling in waves of electromagnetic radiation that carry energy.  We, like light — are made up of all kinds of cell particles and waves of electrical energy.  ✨

When I think of light and life I must accept that I am both particle and wave: A constant with eternal motion.  ✨

In times of stress, I like to focus on my wave aspects versus my particles. When I focus on the physical (particle) aspects of life — I’m likely measuring or judging: more focused on perfection, successes and failures, and trying to impact the particles of life with my will.  ✨

When I re-focus on my wave-like nature, I see life more clearly. I am feeling light as it moves through me — sometimes bright, sometimes dark, but never fully turned off because light is a form of energy that cannot be destroyed.  ✨

Both particle and wave are part of our nature. We cannot have one without the other as this is counter to the physics of our existence. ✨

It is by taking time to stop and breathe that we allow ourselves to recognize our light os one with others. Breathing we see our light, the light in others and light in the world. We accept all aspects of our be-ing as we center our powerful light energy.  Stopping, breathing, letting go of all thoughts for the moment. Suddenly, we are powered up to face the challenges of the day.  Our light is shining just a bit brighter, lighting our path forward. ✨
