To-Do Lists can grow this time of year — with additions and requests coming from all different directions and sources at the last minute.  So, it is helpful to remember: We can all learn to panic productively.  To do this means we stop, take a deep breath, practice patience because patience knows the benefit of waiting, asking questions and making our decisions based on the whole picture.

It’s also helpful to prioritize: Knowing that not everything that crosses our paths must be done now; not everything must be done by us and only us; and; there may be decisions to be made that may not make sense yet we likely still have to act.

During these times, try to remember that we are all old enough now to trust our instincts and also make moments of panic productive by stepping back and looking at the situations with patience — knowing that life is still somehow unfolding as it should.

Next? We just have to take all the new information and calmly figure out what to do with it!

PS: And remember…Panic & Stress are never good outfit accessories!
