We all have days when we feel like we just want to quit. On particularly rough days when we feel that we may have reached the end of our capacity to give, love, care, think, act, change, try, hear, or do whatever else is demanding more more more…It is helpful to remind ourselves that our track record for getting through bad days so far is 100%!! That’s pretty fantastic by any test standard. So if you’re reading this, don’t forget: You have a perfect grade for getting through bad days! Congratulations! Now…Give yourself a break, pat yourself on the back and tell yourself: “Life is a test. I’m doing just fine. I can handle this.” More than half of our grade in life is earned just by showing up! Keep getting up, showing up and riding the bus.
