The other day, a friend of mine was relaying a story about an unpleasant situation. The situation was very similar to an equally unpleasant story that she had told me about not too long ago. In the moment my role was to listen. But, what I found myself thinking about afterwards was this:  Life will relentlessly teach us the same lesson over and over again until we learn it.

That’s it.  Just an observation worth considering if you happen to find yourself repeatedly in a situation that you don’t especially enjoy. Maybe it is time to ask yourself…or maybe even a good friend that you trust: What is the lesson here that I need to learn?

Listen to the answer.

PS: Not sure what my hair is doing in this shot…there must be a lesson about wind I need to learn because I get these wings often! 😉
