Laughter soothes tension, reduces stress, improves moods and is truly natural medicine. Laughter forces our bodies to use more air which sends more oxygen to our hearts, lungs and muscles. It triggers the release of “feel good” endorphins stored in our brains and may also ease pain. ✨I think it’s important to remember & be able to tell at least one good joke in mixed company to get conversations started.✨Today I’m sharing my favorites!
