Never use the words “just” or “only” when describing yourself unless — with a great degree of enthusiasm — you are describing yourself (or another) as “Just a spectacularly marvelous one-of-a-kind” … which is true, because you are!

Often the words “just” and “only” are used when we confuse what we “do” with who we “are.” Doing so subtly demeans worth, particularly when we are speaking about ourselves or another human be-ing.

No one is ever “just” anything.

Now…for an exciting update!  I’m still hoping you’ll consider buying The Silver Disobedience Playbook if you haven’t already! Big Thanks to ALL of you who ordered my book. I think you’re supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!  My fingers remain crossed as I hope to see it reach #1. As you know…I believe in Miracles!!!

PS: Yes, I really did bring brown pants all the way to Austin…instead of my black ones. I’m “just” a little colorblind and every so often I put together some really classic outfits!
