The most important thing partners and deep friendships can give us is self-reflection. Some might say relationships are all about love. This may be so, but love develops from the ability to reflect upon our own thoughts and actions and how they contribute to our relationship(s). When we choose to recognize and accept our mutual humanity, ultimately we are able to feel the experience of love. Only when we stop segmenting traits into ‘lovable’ and ‘not-so-lovable’, when we stop judging and instead simply observe the uniqueness of others and embrace it all:  Then we can truly feel love within us and coming back at us.

IMPORTANT:  I post a blog every day. Instagram and Facebook do not show you all the content from all of the accounts you follow. They are in the advertising business. So the ONLY way you can increase the likelihood of seeing my posts daily is by kicking up their algorithms by “liking” or commenting on my content. The other option?  Visit  SilverDisobedience.Rocks daily.
