Did you know that researchers (Harvard) have shown that physical and emotional health benefits accrued for both the giver and the receiver of compliments? Compliments decrease stress, favorably impact our immunity, increase serotonin production (our feel-good hormone), improve productivity and help alleviate pain and insomnia.
