I expect little from Life. That said, I demand everything from me. If something isn’t going the way I want? I look at me. This applies to every aspect of my life.  If I am getting the sniffles?  I make sure to drink even more water and eat more whole fresh fruits and vegetables. If I’m feeling cranky? I meditate or take a nap or declare lights out by 8am. If I’m frustrated with someone else? I ask two things: 1) Does it directly concern me? And if no, I observe their struggles until they ask for my help. If yes, I ask if I could be communicating with them better — which usually means more directly instead of hoping to be understood. If I’m feeling stiff? I know I have been sitting writing too long and need to get up at least hourly to move in addition to taking a 30+ minute walk daily. If money isn’t flowing in my direction at the speed I like? I ask myself how can I provide others with more value. The list goes on with one commonality: Wherever I go, there I am.  I am the only constant in my life. Therefore, all my answers start we me: My perceptions, my actions, my attitudes, my thoughts. What do you think?  I’m curious…
