The more we allow ourselves to dream, the more reality intersects. Dreams are basically a roadmap to heart desires.  If we open our hearts to dreams, hope is alive. When we’re feeling hopeful, we’re excited and pumped up about living.

“The biggest risk in life is usually —not taking the risk. It’s a high risk move to not commit to doing what we need to do to make our dreams real because this guarantees failure.”

The biggest risk in life is usually —not taking the risk. It’s a high risk move to not commit to doing what we need to do to make our dreams real because this guarantees failure. The danger of dreaming can be summed up like this:  Taking too many precautions so that we never actually do what we want to try is dangerous.

The danger of actualizing our dreams is usually contained in all those lists we make in our minds whereby we attempt to rationalize why something won’t work. Why it’s silly. Why it’s been done before so why does the world need our version or perspective. Why bother trying…maybe we won’t succeed. And..what if we do the work and succeed? Will others abandon us because our dreams threaten their status quo?

When we’re afraid to chase our dreams its mostly because we’re afraid others will laugh at us. Toughen up. Ignore the chiming. I’ve been laughed at my whole life: But whenever I die, the only thing I want to be regretting is that I couldn’t manage to function on less sleep  so I could have crammed in more dream chasing.

More dream chasing leads to dream actualization…also known as new exciting realities. Your dreams. Your life. Dream on. Dreaming is real.
