As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed my desires to learn and teach have blurred.

Each day holds lessons. When I share my experiences, it’s not because I’ve mastered the lessons within or from them: It is more because by sharing the lessons I perceive that I’m learning — I’m taught in unimaginable ways by the responses of others and their unique interpretations of those moments.

I love that age has opened me up to possibilities inherent in not just sharing who I am, but embracing all that others are and what they can teach me in return.

In these ways, maybe my sense of joy with aging is really the ultimate experience of The Golden Rule and karma because what seems to be going around is coming around.

With that, I want to thank all of you who have chosen to join me on this journey and share your thoughts in response to my ideas. I learn so much from you daily. You reinforce my beliefs in the most wonderful ways. I’m more confident in the future and my hope has been reinforced in unanticipated ways.  I don’t say this lightly:  I love you for all that you are. Thank you.

PS: This is a selfie with the amazing @SarahSapora who writes about Size-Inclusive Self-Love and Personal Development. She’s a total rock star! I’ve followed her on Instagram for about a year and we were both interviewed together this past week. It was wonderful to meet in person!
