What we put into our mix of life makes all the difference.  Like if we mixed hot sauce, cherries, worms, dirt, moldy bread, saw dust and eggs together and then added some heat to allow it to stew, we’d still have an unpalatable mess.   

The same is true for our days. If we toss together stress, anger, tension, fear, worry and let them boil up without somehow finding an outlet to release the steam…We’re cooking up a mess.

Yet, if we mix ingredients to our day like smiles, laughter, encouragement and help along with some really good stretches to release some pressure— we’re baking a fine concoction, that is likely going to be quite satiating.

PS: This is pretty much what the kitchen looks like if I’m in it! Maybe that’s why I mostly eat raw fruits and veggies!
