If there’s something we can be doing that we know would make us healthier, today is a good day to change it up. 

Fifty or later doesn’t make anyone “over the hill,” even those who’ve never exercised. Despite years of sedentary living, plenty of research supports that it is never too late to become more physically fit. In fact, even people who rarely exercised throughout life have proven that it is wholly possible to achieve levels of fitness almost equal to those of their counterparts who have exercised regularly for ten years. 

Remember, if we don’t change today — our tomorrows will be like our yesterdays.
