Here’s an easy way to start up the day, power up, slim down, energize, feel good, add fruit, hydrate and reach new challenges. Recipe is super easy…if you have a blender!
Ingredients (per person):
1 cup cold water
1 frozen banana (peel ripe bananas, put them in a bag and freeze them)
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 scoop of whey protein powder
Blend it up & enjoy!
This is one of my go-to meals at any time of the day.
