It’s easy to get caught up in life- work, late nights, family & social obligations- the list is endless. Sometimes it seems that there’s no time to make that healthy meal or to take a walk because there are more pressing tasks and obligations vying for our time.
What we don’t realize is that compromising —by skipping walks, making poor food choices, drinking too much liquor, stressing ourselves & keeping late hours—we ultimately pay for each and every one of our indiscretions. The price: Our health & energy.
Being born with a healthy body is a blessing. Maintaining it in top form is a major responsibility and task. The challenge is upon us. Take it. Make the commitment. Most, although not every, illness is preventable. Today you can make choices to build greater health and energy.
