Anytime we make someone else happy, it is not a simple equation of 1 +1 = 2 happy people. There’s a ripple effect because every act to make another happy does result in two happy people—but it also causes the person given the love to not only return it to the giver, but to share it with others as well. Love expands and spreads.

People tend to be happiest when they feel an abundance of love around them. Love makes us all feel alive and excited about living.

Love is hard to define with words, but we all know the feeling. Likewise, we all know we don’t feel it all the time, and when we’re busy we might have to look really hard to find it.

The way to feeling more love in our lives is by taking the risk to give more love to others: This  includes even during those times when those others are being really very annoying & aggravating…and it’s the last thing on the Planet that we want to do. (Consider it a personal cosmic test that you really want to pass!)

By becoming a “Love Producer” —who intuitively knows we must keep charting new hits to say relevant— whenever possible, we choose to record (in the minds & hearts of others) wonderful feelings of warmth. Each time we share our love with another, we’re scoring “hits” and making the world a better place for us all…Just like all those love songs we love to sing to on the radio.

When we step away from love, it’s helpful to remember this proverb: “You dig two graves when you hurt or curse another.” This holds much truth: To keep holding onto negative emotions towards another may hurt them…but it will surely hurt ourselves as well. Today’s a good day to record some genuine chart-topping love songs, building fans while you’re at it!
