While our years have taught us that life isn’t easy, it gets easier the minute we stop resisting the difficulties and start accepting each difficulty as a fact of life.

We all have good days and bad days. It’s never all one or the other.  Our bad days tend to get better faster when we acknowledge that a better day is coming.  In fact, just the act of consciously accepting that we might be having a bad day and it doesn’t mean our world is falling apart — can often be the catalyst to the turnaround moment when suddenly things start looking up for the better.
