What if we could eliminate all the negative experiences and stress we’ve had in our lives? Would this mean we would be living a stress free, happy life?  A substantial body of research confirms the answer is “no.” The presence of positive factors, rather than merely the lack of negative factors is actually proven to have more of an impact in reducing stress and it’s adverse effects on our bodies.  The take-away? Those who laugh, last!
