When you go to sleep tonight, wherever you are in the world, I challenge you to challenge yourself by doing yourself a favor.  Right when you are comfy in bed, before you’re about to drift off to sleep, repeat to yourself: Tomorrow I will overlook at least two things that annoy me. 

This is a great exercise to do at bedtime because your brain is in a highly receptive state and who wouldn’t want to live a less annoyed life?  Think about it.  Give it a try.  And please, let me know your thoughts and tell me how you think your days — heck your entire Life — might improve if you could start letting those little annoyances just roll off your back without giving them the (very finite and limited) time of day.
