We all want to be understood by others and we each hold private desires to connect deeply with one another whether we openly admit it or not. In light of this, have you ever really thought about how you do, could or would define yourself if given an opportunity?

Let’s imagine we were all in a humongous conversation (like we are!) Now suppose we all really wanted to have others understand who we are at our most intimate essence.

While words are obviously imperfect, just for now, try anyway to decide which 3-5 words you’d use to describe yourself to help another understand who you are. Once you establish the words, ask yourself: Are those words limiting or freeing?
